The form below is where you log your Referral Customer to our CRM system. This will allow us to track the progress & report.

1. Log a Referral Customer

All required Fields must be filled in to submit. POS Benefits will confirm your Referral Customer is not already in our system.

2. Once Referral Customer is Submitted 

POS Benefits will reach out to the Referral Customer and  ​​​​set up a 15-30 min meeting to set up their account and activate. We will also do a Discovery and determine the best Square hardware, software & our professional services.
